Service availability

We strive to provide a reliable, available platform, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will provide reasonable advance notice where possible.

No guarantee of outcomes

Classr provides academic support services and does not guarantee specific academic results, grades, or admission outcomes. The effectiveness of mentorship depends on many factors including student engagement and effort.

Payment methods

We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on the platform. By providing payment information, you authorize Classr to charge your payment method for applicable fees.

Failed payments
