The process
How Classr Works
A structured process designed to match every student with the right mentor and the right plan — then keep everything on track from the first session to the last.
Private Consultation
A free, confidential conversation with our team. We listen carefully to understand your student's needs, academic situation, goals, and challenges — before recommending anything.
Academic Assessment
We evaluate your student's current level, identify specific gaps and challenges, and form a clear picture of their objectives. This is what allows us to make a precise mentor match.
Mentor Matching
We carefully select a mentor based on academic fit, communication style, and availability — not just subject expertise. This step is taken seriously because the relationship matters.
Personalized Support Plan
Your student receives a structured plan with clear goals, session frequency, and defined progress milestones. Parents receive a copy. Everyone knows what the plan is.
Weekly Mentorship & Subject Support
Regular sessions focused on real learning — building understanding, addressing gaps, developing study systems, and making consistent progress toward the student's goals.
Progress Tracking
Session notes, goal tracking, and academic progress are logged after every session and available through the dashboard. Nothing falls through the cracks.
Parent Updates
Parents receive regular updates on their child's progress, upcoming goals, and any adjustments to the plan. You are kept informed without having to ask.
Ongoing Adjustments
Plans evolve. As the student's needs change throughout the term — before exams, during difficult units, or when goals shift — we adjust the support accordingly.
Why the process matters
Structure is what makes the difference.
Most tutoring is informal — a session is booked, it happens, and then everyone waits to see if things improve. There is no plan, no tracking, and no accountability.
Classr is built differently. Every step in our process exists because we have found that structure, communication, and consistent review are what actually move the needle — not just good mentors.
