Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What happens if I need more sessions?
Additional sessions can be purchased individually at $120 per 60-minute session, or you can upgrade to a higher plan.
Are all subjects covered?
Yes — from Grade 8 through graduate level, across sciences, mathematics, humanities, languages, test preparation, and admissions.
How quickly can sessions begin?
Most families have their first session within 3–5 business days of enrolling. Concierge families are often matched within 48 hours.
Is there a commitment?
Monthly plans have no long-term commitment. Annual plans are billed upfront at a 10% discount and are non-refundable after 30 days.
Do you offer a free trial?
We offer a complimentary consultation call to understand your needs before any commitment. There is no free trial period, but we offer a satisfaction guarantee on the first session.
