Frequently asked questions
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time, effective at the start of your next billing period. Downgrades respect your plan's commitment: Essential has no minimum and can change at your next billing cycle, while Premier and Concierge can be downgraded once their 3-month minimum is complete.
What happens if I need more sessions?
If your child needs more time in a given month, you can add sessions on request or move up to a higher plan. Your mentor will recommend the right pace based on your child's goals.
Are all subjects covered?
Yes — from primary school through graduate level, across sciences, mathematics, humanities, languages, test preparation, and admissions.
How quickly can sessions begin?
Most families have their first session within 3–5 business days of enrolling. Concierge families are often matched within 48 hours.
Is there a commitment?
Essential is month-to-month with no commitment. Premier and Concierge have a 3-month minimum. Choosing annual billing on any plan gives you two months free, paid upfront.
Do you offer a free trial?
We don't offer a free trial, but every family starts with a complimentary consultation call so we understand your child's needs before committing. Your first session is a diagnostic assessment, included in your plan.
